Online Coaching & Personal Training Terms of Service

  1. I understand that Online Coaching works on a pre-pay basis and dependent of what training package I purchase; each monthly block must be paid for in advance. Access to my training program will not be confirmed until my trainer has received payment.

  2. I understand that once my trainer and l have agreed upon the most appropriate training package for me, payment must be made before the sessions are conducted.

  3. I understand that all pre-paid block packages have a completion date. Outstanding sessions will not be carried over the completion date, unless a prior agreement has been made with my Coach.

  4. I understand that I must contact my trainer directly to cancel or change booked meetings. I understand that if I need to cancel a meeting (even a free consultation) I will need to contact my trainer within 24 hours of our session time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited and will not be able to be rescheduled.

  5. I understand I’m responsible for arriving on-time to my training sessions. Trainers are obligated to wait only 15 minutes (10 minutes for 30-minute sessions). After 15 minutes (10 minutes for 30-minute sessions), the trainer is not required to lead the remaining time of the session and the session may be lost.

  6. I understand the results of any coaching course cannot be guaranteed and my progress depends on my effort and cooperation in and outside of the sessions. In particular I acknowledge that individual results may vary and either my Coach guarantees no particular result.

  7. I understand that if I’m going away during my training program for a minimum of 2 weeks, I will need to give at least 2 weeks’ notice and my training will be put on hold. At the end of my training package, the time away will be credited back on my program. I can put my training on hold for a maximum of one 2-week period for every 3 months of training.

  8. I understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a program of strenuous exercise. If I sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in the fitness programme. I acknowledge that the Coach is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by gross negligence or intentional act of my trainer.

  9. I certify that my answers to the questions outlined on the Pre-activity Questionnaire form are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to inform my Coach of any conditions or changes in my health, now and ongoing, which might affect my ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.

  10. I understand that in the unlikely event of my Coach being unable to continue my training, I can have any outstanding package fees refunded on a pro-rata basis, or my Coaching can be put on hold to an agreed date with my Coach and resumed thereafter.

  11. I understand that in order to cancel my training programme, written confirmation will be required via email. Once received, RTF will cancel my programme and any further payments.

Soft Tissue Treatment Terms of Service

  1. I understand that freelance soft tissue therapists operate on a pre-pay basis, and all treatments must be paid for in advance. Bookings will not be confirmed until Remedial Therapy & Fitness has received payment.
  2. I understand that once my therapist and l have agreed upon the most appropriate treatment plan for me, payment must be made before the treatments are conducted. I understand that failure to make a payment will result in my treatments being forfeit.
  3. I understand that all pre-paid block plans and packages have a completion date. Outstanding treatments will not be carried over the completion date unless a prior agreement has been made with the therapist.
  4. I understand that I must contact Remedial Therapy & Fitness directly to cancel or change booked treatments. I understand that if I need to cancel a treatment, I will need to do so within 24 hours of our treatment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a full charge. I understand that cancellations for pre-paid treatments and packages, which I have already started, can be moved to the following weeks within the agreed 6-week treatment plan end date.
  5. I understand all treatments last 1- hour unless otherwise stated and will start and finish on time. I also understand that my therapist may not be able to provide a full 1-hour if I am late for my treatment. However, if my therapist is late for a treatment, I will still receive the full treatment time or have the outstanding time added to another treatment.
  6. I understand the results of any treatments cannot be guaranteed, and my progress depends on my effort and cooperation outside of the treatments.
  7. I understand that there are inherent risks in participating in corrective exercise. If I sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in the fitness programme. I acknowledge that the therapist/trainer is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by gross negligence or intentional act of my therapist/trainer.
  8. Remedial Therapy Fitness holds the right to deny treatments to client’s who are verbally, physically abusive, or show inappropriate sexual behaviour. Clients who act in this way will be banned from future bookings.
  9. I confirm I’m over 18 years old. Client’s are required to be over the age of 18 years old to receive treatments from Remedial Therapy & Fitness.
  10. I certify that my answers to the questions outlined in the Health Questionnaire form are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to inform my therapist of any conditions or changes in my health, now and ongoing, which might affect my treatments to be safe and effective.
  11. I understand that in the unlikely event of my therapist being unable to continue my treatments. I can have my treatments transferred to another similar therapist who agrees to take over my treatment plan, or I can request a full refund from my existing trainer for any unfulfilled sessions.

Refund policy

RTF is committed to providing you with exceptional service and quality customer care. Our Coaches are professional, educated and experienced and will provide you with the best service possible. We do not issue refunds for our services. We do not issue refunds on any of our packs that are purchased.
