Various 1-2-1 training packages are available. All options include a tailor-made programme for your specific goals, and can be additionally supplemented with access to our online training application.
Where do I start?
Whatever your experience level, we will start by getting to know you with a consultation to provide your trainer with valuable information on your exercise history and your desired goals. RTF then takes that information and uses it to structure your training programme. We take a comprehensive elevation of your current fitness levels and lifestyle habits to ensure we start in the right place.
If you have any past or present health conditions or injuries, we will be able to follow the guidelines set by your health care professional to provide a safe and effective programme. We will also make sure there are no contraindications to exercising with the use of a PARQ (Pre Activity Readiness Questionnaire).
