We have over 15 years’ experience working within the fitness and soft tissue rehabilitation professions. During this time, we recognised the demand for a specialised training approach which offers both injury rehabilitation and fitness training.

Remedial Therapy & fitness (RTF) was created for this purpose. We provide a solution to individuals who have sustained an injury, seen a physio or chiro, finished in their care, and are now seeking to achieve their health & fitness related goals.
